  • Are Your Products Cruelty-Free?
    Yes! All of our products are Cruelty-Free, FDA Approved & never tested on animals.
  • How long is processing?
    All orders are processed in 1-2 Business Days & Shipped after processing. Determine shipping speed at checkout.
  • Do you offer overnight/next day shipping?
    Yes, Order must be placed by 1pm PST to be eligible for overnight shipping. Please check your time zone. To ensure there is enough time for us to process your overnight order, you must order by 1pm PST, There are no exceptions to this rule.

  • What is Your Return/Refund Policy
    Due to the nature of the products that we sell, and the Covid-19 safety protocols that we have in place, All sales are final. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges. We will always strive to offer the best products and services available. If there is ever a time where we don't meet those standards, we will accommodate the customer on a discretionary basis.   • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ? (Demo)
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Get Started” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under ‘Info to Display.’
